President

Andy Wilson (@awilsonindy) is the President of ELEVATE Entertainment & Event Support Services, an Indianapolis based full service marketing, PR and consultation company who works with entertainment clients across North America.

 

In his 25+ year career he has handled various marketing initiatives for major concert tours, sporting events and brands including for the likes of Paul McCartney, HOT ROD Power Tour, U2, Motor Trend Group, the NCAA, Dunkin Donuts, Kenny Chesney, the NBA, Indiana State Fair, Cirque du Soleil, Van Halen, Indy 500, Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen, Roche, Kenny Chesney, The Rolling Stones, The Jim Irsay Collection, Eagles and various multi-day festivals and destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

 

Wilson began in the entertainment business serving as the director of public relations and promotions for Sunshine Promotions/Live Nation. In his tenure, Andy handled communications and various marketing initiatives for Indianapolis venues Ruoff Music Center (formerly Klipsch, Verizon Wireless & Deer Creek), the Old National Centre and TCU Amphitheater at White River State Park, as well as the Louisville Palace and Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati. During this time, he worked on more than 300 concerts and special events annually in cities across the Midwest.

In 2006, Wilson joined Live-360 (a partner company of AEG and Front Line Management), where he handled marketing strategies and implementation at 15 venues across America and worked on special projects, tours and events.

​

In 2010, Wilson joined Bohlsen Group where he created and oversaw its events and entertainment division before winding the division down and exiting to form and launch ELEVATE in January 2021. Since its launch ELEVATE has grown its client base and maintained its focus to be a go-to partner for clients across North America.

Wilson supports various causes including the Immigrant Welcome Center and Second Helpings (Tonic Ball) and also has often served as an adjunct professor at Butler University. He earned his bachelor's degree from Franklin College. Andy is married to his high school sweetheart and has four children.

Andrea Hawman Hotz

Director

Andrea Hawman Hotz has over 11 years of communications experience and is the Director at ELEVATE Entertainment & Event Support Services, an Indianapolis based full service marketing, PR and consultation company that works with entertainment clients across North America.

 

Throughout her time at ELEVATE, Andrea has handled PR, publicity and promotional initiatives for major touring events across the country including daredevil motorsports show Nitro Circus, longstanding theatrical tour Menopause the Musical, MOTORTREND's premier annual events HOT ROD Power Tour and HOT ROD Drag Week, Music For All's Bands Across America championship events, celebrating the top marching bands in the country, and more. She also manages concert promotion and publicity for several independent venues and festivals in multiple markets across the U.S., including annual summer concert series presentations for the likes of Sweetwater Sound and others, and supports brand publicity for the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, Music & Event Management, Inc, Indiana State Fair and The Jazz Kitchen.

 

Andrea's career began as a publicist and eventually senior account coordinator at Indianapolis PR firm Bohlsen Group, where she worked in the event services division with such clients as Winter Guard International, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and Dunkin' Donuts over the course of her five year stint before ELEVATE launched as a standalone company. She then gained experience managing public relations for B2B tech clients while at BLASTmedia in Indianapolis, working with such major brands as Cannon, HR company Worksmart Systems Inc, and insurance conglomerate Fortegra, and spent several years working with and volunteering for nonprofit theatre company IndyFringe including their annual 10-day festival hosting 300 plus shows.

 

She is grateful to her alma mater Butler University for bringing her to Indianapolis, where she eventually met her now husband, also an out-of-state transplant. When she isn't enjoying local theatre shows or exploring local breweries and restaurants with friends, she's often traveling to visit family or at home crafting and snuggling with her rescue kitty Bane.

Jessica Redden

Senior Director

Jessica Redden has 13 years of experience and is the Senior Director of ELEVATE Entertainment & Event Support Services, an Indianapolis based full service marketing, PR and consultation company who works with entertainment clients across North America.

 

Throughout her entertainment career, Jessica has handled PR and publicity initiatives for major concert and theater events across the country including Kenny Chesney, Old Dominion, Broadway Across America and Cirque du Soleil, and has served as tour publicist for Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen for multiple years. In the sports realm, Jessica’s publicity work has spanned the Midwest and beyond for events including the Indy 500, NCAA March Madness, USA Diving Olympic Trials, Indy Eleven, Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever, Motor Trend Group, Horizon League, Minor League Cricket, TourGigs, Indiana Sports Corp and more.

 

Jessica’s career began as a freelance producer at WTHR-NBC TV in Indianapolis, and as a contributing food and dining writer for Indianapolis Monthly. She gained experience managing national press while working under the communications director for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in Washington, D.C. In 2010, Jessica joined Bohlsen Group and helped lead its events and entertainment division before joining the launch of ELEVATE in 2021.

 

She has received multiple Hoosier PRSA Awards of Honor and Pinnacle Awards for her work in media relations, marketing and communications, and was a 2017 Junior Achievement Best & Brightest Finalist in Media, Entertainment & Sports.

 

She is a frequent guest speaker at her alma mater, Butler University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She enjoys travel, yoga, wine and cheese, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Brandon Kline

Director

Brandon Kline has 20+ years of experience in communication, marketing, and public relations

and is the Director of ELEVATE Entertainment and Event Support Services.

The Kent State alum worked as a TV news reporter and producer in Indiana, Ohio, and Arizona,

where he interviewed newsmakers like Senator John McCain, Shaq, Wayne Gretzky, Ellen

DeGeneres, Jay Leno, and one of his favorites: 4-time Indianapolis 500 Champion Helio

Castroneves. His storytelling earned him an Associated Press Award and an Emmy nomination.

He then joined Andy and Jessica at Bohlsen Group in Indianapolis, working on a range of initiatives including for Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Dunkin Donuts, and Motor Trend Group. Brandon also promoted and secured media coverage for clients on CNN,

ABC News, The Wall Street Journal, and many others.

Brandon’s communications, marketing, and PR career includes experience at the Indiana

Secretary of State’s Office and the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned Hoosier PRSA

Awards for media relations.

​

A passionate Phish fan, he’s seen the Vermont jam band 100 times (so far) over 25 years, and has

hosted the show “Crowd Control” on SiriusXM’s Phish Radio. Live music is his passion, and his

friends are never surprised to hear what concert is next, whether it be Billy Strings, Ben Folds,

Tori Amos, Orville Peck, or a local band at “The Mousetrap”.

He and his wife Nicole are Butler basketball fans and live near Broad Ripple with their rescue

Australian Shepherd, Cosmo.

With long standing relationships in the media and entertainment industries, our focus is on sports, music and live presentations.

History

ELEVATE was launched in 2021. Founder Andy Wilson has worked in the entertainment business for over 25 years and the leadership team at ELEVATE has worked together for over 10 years. Our team was part of Bohlsen Group, located in Indianapolis, where we created and ran its entertainment division for 10 years before launching as a stand alone company.
