Account Coordinator

Job Description 

The Account Coordinator has a desire to work in the live entertainment industry and increase expertise in entertainment PR, marketing and promotions. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Recent graduation from a college or university

  • Preferred relevant areas of study include but not limited to: Recording Industry Studies, Live Events, Public Relations, Journalism, Strategic Communications

  • Grasp of basic public relations and social media with strong writing and self-editing / copy editing skills

  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, ability to collaborate with a team

  • Interest in the entertainment industry with a willingness to do a wide range of related tasks

  • Past internship experience in PR, communications or entertainment field preferred

  • Access to a vehicle

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative: Promotional ticket management and oversight, day-of-show reporting, participation in client meetings, brainstorming sessions and conference calls as needed

  • Design: Localizing artwork, resizing promotional artwork for use on various platforms

  • Social media: Support organic social platforms for various clients and internal social media strategy

  • Promotions support with giveaways, media trades and more

  • Writing and Media Relations: Research and compile media lists; Assist with writing and editing of entertainment and event-based media alerts and press releases; track media hits and assist with reporting results

  • Street Team: Manage street team assignments and materials, oversee street team volunteers in Indiana

Accounting
Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for an organized entry-level part time accountant to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records. The responsibilities of entry-level accountants include maintaining the financial records of the company through analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, as well as preparing reports.

Entry Level Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records of assets and liabilities

  • Updating accounts payable

  • Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements

  • Assisting with reviewing income and expenses

  • Preparing regular reports

  • Assisting with other accounting-related duties

 

Entry Level Accountant Requirements:

  • High school qualification

  • Good organizational abilities

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Intuit QuickBooks and competency in general computer software
